Eastern Bloc'!

Well well well, back to the blog! Im sitting in the shadiest internet cafe in Budapest.. and its bloody awesome. Flew into Bratislava ( thats Slovakia people) a few days ago and everyday has been incredible. Bratislava, tiny old town , but so sweet and charming. Not really my cup of tea but my fellow travel buddies seemed to like it. Its like time has stood still in Bratislava, I kid you not. I was standing in a street at 3am and you couldnt tell whether it was 2006 or 1206. Crazy shit! But was kool. The girls were up for a mammoth round of sight seeing the next day but Alex and I took a more relaxed approach. I dont do sight seeing at 8am. Period.

Onwards and upwards to next destination, and we couldnt decide whether to go to Vienna or Budapest. Budapest is cheaper. We eventually found Bratislavas main station and it looked like a bomb had hit it. Pics to follow. Jumping on an old Soviet train literally by the skin of my teeth, and off on an epic voyage to Hungary. Ill tell you the story with the Hungarian border guard later. Anyway my moneys nearly run out. Just enough to say Im still in Pest and loving it. Ciao x

Drunken Swedes.

Life in Sweden revolves around waiting for alcohol. You cant hold of the stuf, and when you do you have to consume the entire shop floor Welcome to Malmo! Went to Malmo to the music festival. WOW, it was incredible. Pennywise were briliant, as was the headbanging with thousands of drunken Swedes, (unlike the refined Danes!). Malmo was suching a buzzing city last night, and with jazz on every street corner and the warm glow of candle light, kind of reminded me of a European New Orleans. It was great, even if we did have to get the 30 min long train back to CPN at 3am. Ciao

I have a headache

Urgh, I have a headache. Getting in at 8 am is not good for the body, what I a good night! I havent drunk so much beer in my whole life as I have in the last 2 1/2 weeks! Last nite was fn, just kept on drinking with the yanks. Why do continentals end up always drinking in the street? I'm really excited now. Im sitting writing this in an internet cafe in Copenhagen Central Station waiting to go to a music festival in Sweden. Should be fun methinks. Flying out to Bratislava, Slovakia in Sunday with 3 lovely ladies, and we are off to Vienna and Budpaest while we are there. Looking forward to it! Dont get me wrong CPN is AMAZING, but it will be good to see something else for a change. Supposedly there is an ace nightclub in an old nuclear bunker in Bratislava. (yay!) Anyway my train to Sweden is fast approaching so I'll say Ciao. Ciao!!
